3. Service Listings and Responsibilities

3.1. You are responsible for accurately describing your services, pricing, and availability on Assistsplace.
3.2. You agree to perform services with professional skill and diligence and in accordance with industry standards.
3.3. You will provide the necessary tools, equipment, and materials to perform the services unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3.4. You must not misrepresent your qualifications, services, or pricing.
3.5. You agree to complete any accepted bookings as scheduled unless unavoidable circumstances arise, in which case you must promptly notify the customer and Assistsplace.

4. Fees and Payments

4.1. Assistsplace will collect payments from customers on your behalf and disburse payments to you after deducting applicable fees.
4.2. You agree to pay Assistsplace’s service fees as outlined in the [Fee Schedule].
4.3. Disbursements will be made within [insert timeline, e.g., 7 business days] after successful completion of the service.
4.4. Assistsplace reserves the right to withhold payments if disputes arise or fraudulent activities are detected.

5. Cancellations and Disputes

5.2. Customers may cancel bookings in accordance with Assistsplace’s cancellation policy, and you agree to abide by those terms.
5.3. Disputes between you and a customer will be mediated by Assistsplace. Assistsplace’s decision on disputes is final and binding.

6. Prohibited Activities

6.1. You must not:

• Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities.
• Directly solicit Assistsplace customers outside Assistsplace.
• Use Assistsplace to spread harmful or offensive content.
  6.2. Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your account and possible legal action.

7. Compliance with Laws

7.1. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards when performing services.
7.2. You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from your earnings on Assistsplace.

8. Assistsplace’s Role and Limitation of Liability

8.1. Assistsplace acts as an intermediary connecting you with customers and does not guarantee the quality or frequency of bookings.
8.2. Assistsplace is not liable for:

• Delays or interruptions in Assistsplace’s operations.
  8.3. Assistsplace reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services without prior notice.

9. Termination

9.1. Assistsplace may terminate your account immediately for:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Negative feedback or repeated complaints from customers.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1. Assistsplace retains all rights to its intellectual property, including trademarks, logos, and content.
10.2. You may not use Assistsplace’s intellectual property without prior written consent.

11. Confidentiality

11.1. You agree to keep customer information confidential and use it solely for fulfilling bookings.
11.2. You must not share or disclose customer data to third parties without explicit permission.

12. Amendments to Terms

12.1. Assistsplace reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Notice of changes will be provided through Assistsplace or email.
12.2. Continued use of Assistsplace constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
13.2. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Assistsplace concerning your use of Assistsplace.
